On which now the High Court has warned the State Service Commission including the government (Shivraj government).
Actually, the Jabalpur High Court has been hearing for a long time in the case of MPPSC 2019. Where major mistakes were revealed in government recruitment. The subject court says that there is no supreme court. It has already been clarified that only the candidates of the state will be recruited on unreserved category, but despite this, major mistakes are being made by the State Service Commission.
Highlighting major mistakes in government recruitments also, the High Court has once again stated the date of 15 March 2021 for hearing. The High Court said that all the hearings related to the MPPSC 2019 examination will be held simultaneously on 15 March.

Explain that earlier this case had reached the High Court due to a huge disturbance in the MPPSC 2019 exam and recruitment. It said that it was not reserved for reserved category candidates in the reserved category in the preliminary examination of 2019, which is in violation of the Supreme Court Guidelines for the PSC exam
Not only this, but the reservation was also challenged in the petition as well. After which the High Court gave the verdict, subject to the decision of the examination process and the result. Now once again the hearing, in this case, will be held on 15 March.
